A Company Christmas Party, a Baptism, a Walk & a Weekend at the Cabin

1) Nov. 5-6: A weekend to our friends, Allan & Christine's cabin by Lac Le Jeune to celebrate her birthday.

Walloper Lake is only 5 minutes drive from Lac Le Jeune.

Christine's birthday present from her hubby.

We each got our own mini frying pan to prepare our own choice of tidbits.

Wendy & I did a 2 hour walk along the Sumas dike, from McKay Creek Park to McDonald Park & back.

Sumas Mt & River.

Nov. 25 - Our company's Christmas party at the Glen Bar + Grill by Fraserglen golf course.

The lady's crew that works in the potted section of our nursery.

It was high time to butcher our 18 ducks, with winter setting in.

Beets.

A mid November walk round our property while Jeanette & the boys are visiting from Alberta.

Walking along the back of our 22 acres.

Getting rid of the old chickens. Penelope is rather intregued by the sounds and movements of these creatures. Lacey's herding instints perk up.

Capturing the setting sun.

Dec. 3 - 4: We flew out to Calgary, Airdrie for baby Hank's baptism.

Little Case is donating money for the poor but also making sure the lady knows it's his birthday pretty soon. So the congregation sang"Happy birthday!" to him.

I got a kick out of the minister's outfit. Her clogs were florescent pink!

Refreshments were off to the side.

Back at Willem & Jeanette's place for lunch and fellowship.

Ben is the son of Case's cousin, Erik.

Our most precious little Hank.

Willem teaching his boys how to skate on their homemade ice rink.

Case needed some help but Scott was doing pretty good on his own.

Looks like the boys weren't the only ones enjoying the dutch cartoon.

Hanks love his mommy sooo much.

The outdoor air knocked little Case out, well before bedtime.
